J Ladner is an accomplished Hair Stylist, recognized as Modern Salon’s 2019 Top 100 and nominated as Emerging Hair Stylist of the Year by the American Influencer Awards in 2020. J is a successional entrepreneur, educator, digital author and colourist. His impressive resume expands from growing a successful salon, now the Chief Brand Ambassador of Oligo Professionnel, Director of Education of FASTFOILS, and cofounder of the podcast No Stylist Left Behind with Nina Tulio. With over a decade in the Hair Industry, J believes in supporting every stylist by having real, honest conversations and sharing efficiency-based education.

Misael Aponte is a seasoned hairdresser with over 30 years of experience. Through his work, he has connected with hairdressers of all levels and continues to be inspired by their enthusiasm. He currently serves as the International Color Director for Oligo Professionnel, driven by a deep-rooted passion for the craft.

Jerry Chang is a visionary hair artist with over 27 years of experience. His journey began at the Vidal Sassoon Academy and has since taken him around the world. He now proudly serves as the International Technical Director for Oligo Professionnel. Throughout his career, he has represented leading global brands and held the role of Creative Director for Carlton Hair, with his innovative work featured in top industry magazines. Through cutting-edge techniques and dynamic education programs, he continues to push the boundaries of hair artistry. His mission is to inspire and lead others in exploring the exciting possibilities within the vibrant world of hair.

Jean-Sébastien Chalut, born in Montreal, is deeply passionate about architecture, colors, and shapes. With 20 years of experience in the industry, he has earned numerous nominations and awards, including the prestigious Contessa Award for Quebec Hairstylist of the Year in both 2017 and 2018. Since 2006, he has been the creative lead at O Salon in Montreal. His career has taken him across the globe as part of various Artistic teams and as an educator for over a decade, sharing his expertise throughout North and South America, as well as Europe. In the summer of 2023, he joined the Oligo Professionnel family as a member of their Artistic team. He continues to be driven by his passion for sharing, creating, and inspiring fellow professionals in the industry.

For the past six years, Ali Romano has worked exclusively with Oligo Professionnel’s incredible color line—three of those years as a proud Oligo Sponsored Artist. Her dedication to the product and admiration for the company are unwavering.

Rather than focusing on age, years in the industry, or certifications, Ali believes that true value lies in shared experience. Ashlee is an independent stylist and salon owner from Detroit Michigan who has been doing hair for 17 years. Ashlee has had her work published in magazines and online publictaions, educated next to some of the biggest names in the industry and also won awards for her hair colour work. Ashlee is super passionate about this industry and loves using her platform to help stylists through education as well as showcasing beautiful hair. Through everything she’s accomplished in her career her passion will always be in her day-to-day work behind the chair in her salon. She looks forward to going to work every day and being able to make people feel beautiful while achieving their hair goals.

Claudia Pagé has been passionate about hairdressing from an early age—she always knew this was the path she wanted to follow. A native of Saint-Prime, a small village on Lac St-Jean, she completed her hairdressing course in 2006 and began her career in Alma.

By sharing her work on social media, Claudia quickly grew a loyal and well-established clientele. It was also through social media that she caught the attention of a colour company she was working with at the time, eventually becoming an educator for them. Her journey later led her to join the wonderful Oligo Professionnel family.

Claudia specializes in balayage and colour, though her love for the craft extends to every aspect of the industry. Hairdressing constantly pushes her outside of her comfort zone, allowing her to express her creativity, connect with incredible people from all walks of life, and truly thrive. Colleen entered the industry at the early age of 13 when she was a shampoo girl in her hometown of Antioch Illinois. After completing beauty school in 2012 she began her career as a full-time hair colourist in Chicago specializing in blondes. In 2019, she decides what better place to do blonding services than California and moves to sunny San Diego. Colleen loves to brighten up the world one blonde at a time. Her favorite thing to do behind the chair is hair painting. When Colleen isn’t in the salon she enjoys cooking, going to yoga and walking her best friend, Tater Tot. 

Elissa Wolfe brings 18 years of experience behind the chair, complemented by a decade of teaching at a hair academy in Vancouver, four years of competition work, five years of hair show involvement, and a strong presence across multiple social media platforms. Despite all these achievements, her love for doing hair remains as vibrant as ever.

After four years of ongoing education and advanced training—including notable time at Vidal Sassoon—Elissa felt it was time to fully unleash her creativity. What began as a single entry into a colour competition sparked what has now become more than 14 years of passionate exploration in the world of hair colour.

Known for pushing boundaries with semi-permanents, experimenting with bold new tones, and creating unique applications and placements, Elissa thrives in the world of blondes, brights, and pastels—with reds and coppers not far behind.

Her enthusiasm for sharing education, colour knowledge, and salon tips is ever-evolving. She’s constantly seeking innovative ways to make working behind the chair both creative and fun.

As an Oligo Professionnel ambassador, Elissa is inspired daily by the brand’s full spectrum of tones and shades, using them to push creative limits and elevate her craft.

Emmanuel Andrade has been in the hair industry for 22 years. He is the creator of the original 3D Balayage®️ technique and the 3D Balayage®️ comb. He has been part of the Oligo family since 2017. He first started as an educator for Oligo and is now an ambassador. He has also been part of @lisalovesbalayage Balayage Bootcamp team since 2018. Teaching across country and internationally. His main passion is sharing his knowledge with other stylists being behind the chair and making women feel their best. He currently works behind the chair at Kut Haus Salon in Claremont California. His future plans is to continue growing in the industry by always learning from fellow stylists around him. He will continue to develop innovations that will influence the hair industry.

With over 10 years of industry experience, Erin Ray, @erinrayhair on Instagram and Tiktok, is an independent hairstylist, educator and salon owner. She is known for her low maintenance blended lived in looks and her time saving placements and strategies behind the chair.

Erin has been published in Beauty Launchpad, Modern Salon and was awarded the Modern Salon Indie Pro Awards Balayage winner in 2023. She is enthusiastic about networking within the industry and constantly strives to perfect her craft through continued education.

Giovanni Singh is a lifestyle hairstylist with seven years of professional experience and over 12 years in the industry. His passion for hair is matched only by his dedication to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Giovanni believes in the power of communication, creativity, and making each client feel uniquely tailored to. For him, hairstyling isn’t just about the hair—it’s about crafting flattering outcomes that truly reflect each client’s individuality.

After a decade of working in a bustling salon, Ivan took on a new challenge and successfully ran his own business for 8 years, building a loyal clientele. But his ambition didn't stop there. He joined forces with Oligo Professional, a leading Canadian hair colour line, and for the past 7 years has been educating and influencing other stylists with his techniques and tips. Through his work with Oligo Professional, Ivan has traveled the world and collaborated with other talented hair professionals. He sees each client as a blank canvas and uses his artistic skills to create unique and stunning looks. Apart from his love for hair, Ivan also has a passion for painting and sketching, which he incorporates into his work. With years of experience and a dedication to his craft, Ivan has become a sought-after hair colourist in the industry. Specializing in colour, Jade started her career in the hair industry as a colour specialist. It’s where her passion really grew for hair. Now, as an established hair stylist, almost 10 years in, she puts her focus into specialized colouring, haircutting, and other crafts. These other crafts include photography, social media, and education within the industry. Jade finds joy in an environment where stylists can bounce ideas off each other, share creative ideas with one another and work together as a team or individually support one another. It is one of the many reasons she has created Maven A Collect, her salon she co-founded in Boston, MA.

Jaycie Rusconi aka @JC_hairologist is a highly skilled and experienced hair stylist, known for her creativity, fun personality, luxury style and ultimately her ability to bring out the best in her clients’ beauty. With almost a decade of experience in the industry, she has developed a reputation as a master of precision cutting, hair extensions, colour, and styling. She is partnered and educated for multiple professional brands and even has her own stunning vibey salon called The Jaycie Collective that boasts the latest trends with a fun relaxed feel. She is passionate about staying on top of the latest trends and techniques and is constantly seeking out new ways to push the boundaries of what is possible with hair while looking damn good doing it!

Originally from Canada, Kelly moved to the Cayman Islands shortly after starting her career in the beauty industry. Over the years, she has become Grand Cayman’s most in demand colourist, and go-to girl for sophisticated low-maintenance colours, and effortless style. Kelly’s artistic eye for detail paired with her advanced knowledge and specialized colour techniques has earned her multiple award nominations, and her work has been featured in numerous fashion and beauty publications. Kelly opened her first salon Lift Hair in the Grand Cayman in 2018 and shortly after began educating her team and other local stylists. In 2019, Kelly began educating internationally and has since taught her freehand painting techniques to hundreds of stylists. 

Lea Hardy is a 28-year-old hairstylist with 8 years of experience in the hair industry and the proud owner of LC Studio in Pennsylvania. I am a trauma informed, mental health focused, queer & neurodivergent salon owner, hairstylist and permanent makeup specialist in Orange Country, California and semi-annually in Dublin, Ireland. After years of my own studying of mental health, I saw a huge discrepancy in our industry and since have been trying to inspire the slow growth of healthy change. 

As a 15-year hairstylist since high school, I am a colour specialist, with unique interest in haircutting as well. When tattooing, I focus on 3-dimensional Nano Brow Tattooing and have ditched the old school microblading method with 7 years of tattooing experience. As a salon owner, I strive to provide a healthy, supportive and psychologically safe workplace. 

Outside of work, my interests are traveling with my husband, my 3 babies, Gary, Potato and Pickle, taking care of my jungle of plants, and reading!

A licensed cosmetologist and educator, she’s built her career on precision haircuts, bold color transformations, and a no-nonsense approach to hair care.
