Hello friends, I'm Misael Aponte, a seasoned hairdresser with over 30 years of experience. My passion lies in hair color, a field where I've held lead roles for global brands and been featured in numerous industry and non-industry publications. What truly energizes me is nerding-out with fellow hairdressers, sharing the intricacies of hair color artistry whether on stage or in intimate classroom settings. Through my work, I've connected with hairdressers of all levels, always inspired by their enthusiasm. Currently, I proudly serve as the International Color Director for Oligo Professionnel, driven by my deep-rooted passion for this craft.

Starting at Vidal Sassoon Academy, my career has spanned globally, now as the proud International Technical Director for Oligo Professionnel. I've represented leading brands worldwide and served as Creative Director for Carlton Hair, showcasing my innovative work in top industry magazines. Through cutting-edge techniques and dynamic education programs, I push boundaries in the vibrant world of hair artistry. I'm Jean-Sébastien Chalut, born in Montreal and deeply passionate about architecture, colors, and shapes. With 20 years in the industry, I've amassed recognition through multiple nominations and awards, including the prestigious Contessa Award for Quebec Hairstylist of the Year in 2017 and 2018. Since 2006, my journey has led me to O Salon in Montreal, where I lead the team creatively. Over the years, I've been privileged to work globally as part of Artistic teams and as an educator for more than a decade, sharing my expertise across platforms in North and South America, as well as Europe. In the summer of 2023, I joined the Oligo Professionnel family as a member of their Artistic team. I am excited to continue my journey of sharing, creating, and inspiring my peers.

I'm J Ladner, a highly experienced hair colourist with a remarkable 15-year career, during which I also had the privilege of being a salon owner for 8 years. This dual role has provided me with invaluable insights into not only honing my craft within the salon, but also developing and nurturing a successful brand in the wider community. Alongside my passion for hair colour, I have ventured into entrepreneurship, sharing my expertise as an educator and author. Furthermore, I am proud to serve as the Chief Brand Ambassador of Oligo Professionnel. Through years of dedication, I have perfected the art of placement and patterns, and I am excited to collaborate with you to unlock newfound efficiency within your business and instill a positive, growth-oriented mindset in your professional journey. I’m Nina Tulio, a salon business mentor, speaker, and educator with over 27 years of experience. My journey includes 20 years as a hairstylist, 8 years as a chain salon executive, and 11 years as a successful commission salon owner. I also serve as the Business Education Ambassador for Oligo Professionnel. My passion for the beauty industry and deep empathy for people drive everything I do. I aim to help salon owners and stylists not just build successful businesses, but also grow personally. My mission is to uplift and empower everyone in this beautiful industry.

I am a suite owner and proud Oligo Professionnel & Educator residing in the Chicagoland area. Specializing in blondes and lived-in color, I love to educate and inspire other stylists to get excited about hair color through my signature application and time-saving techniques. With nearly two decades behind the chair, I am passionate about spreading my love and knowledge of Oligo Professional to other stylists, as well as the guests in my chair.

I'm here to unlock the artistry. Bringing a full-circle connection to mind, body, beauty, and soul through my creative eye in the chemistry and placement of color. I believe hair tells a story—different phases of life. Specializing in lived-in blondes and brunettes, and invisible textured cuts, I ensure that everything is fully customized from start to finish, so that it is perfect for each specific client. I have been a hair artist for 13 years now and I'm also an international educator, traveling the world teaching other stylists hair techniques, formulations, business, mindset, and social media.
