TWIST OUT - STEP BY STEP

  1. After thorough shampoo and conditioning, start with Perfecting Primer to detangle and restore shine. Use a wide tooth comb to detangle hair.
  2. Liberally spray Express Blowout Mist to protect hair from the UV rays and heat damage.
  3. Using the clips, separate hair in four sections.
  4. Cocktail Styling Crème and Curl Balm together and emulsify them in your hands before applying them on each section with rake and shake method, raking the product through hair and shaking the curls. Continue the process through every section of hair.
  5. Use a wide tooth comb to ensure that the product is applied to every strand of hair.
  6. Separate hair into two-inch sections to create the twist out look.
  7. Apply Amplifying Mousse in your hands prior to twisting. Apply Amplifying Mousse along the top of the head to reduce the frizz and ensure a smooth look.
  8. Apply Styling Crème to baby hair around the face to ensure a nice finish.
  9. Before taking down the twists, make sure that hair is 100% dry. Break up the cast and use a wide tooth comb to lift up at the roots and create volume.
  10. Flip the client over and give hair a shake. Repeat until the desired volume is achieved, and scrunch hair to finish the look.

UP STYLE - STEP BY STEP

  1. Liberally spray Perfecting Primer to detangle, add shine and protect hair.
  2. Use Express Blowout Mist to add another level of protection for UV rays and heat damage, as well as to reduce dry time by 50%.
  3. After sectioning hair with the clips, make sure that hair is soaking wet. Apply Styling Crème for long-lasting hold. Rake product and shake the curls.
  4. Apply Curl Balm to add shine and moisture, but also to reduce freeze. Rake the product through hair and shake the curls.
  5. Using a wide tooth comb, detangle each section of hair before layering products.
  6. Scrunch hair until you hear the sound, which means that the product is saturated enough. Continue the process of raking the product, shaking the curls, and scrunching.
  7. Use Amplifying Mousse to create the cast around the curls to protect from heat damage and prevent frizzy hair. Scrunch the product in through the ends for hold and shine.
  8. Use Express Blowout Mist to add another level of protection for UV rays and heat damage, as well as to reduce dry time by 50%.
  9. Dry using hover method. Once hair is 100% dry, create the twist while leaving face framing hair out. Set the look with bobby pins.
